Terms and conditions

1. All invoices are payable in Wielsbeke within 14 days of the invoice date.
2. In case of late payment, interest of 10% and a compensation of 10% (with a minimum of 125,00 euro) are due by right and without prior notice of default.
3. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the district of West Flanders shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
